Our lovely baby Alexa is 11 months old today. How quickly does the time fly!!! Everything seems to be going so much faster with the second baby. I can hardly keep up.

Alexa is an incredibly sweet baby. Sweet can’t even describe how loving and gentle she is. Always giggling, smiling and laughing.

She started pulling herself up to standing all by herself. Of course we missed it, when she did it for the first time  Oh well..the “joys”of being working parents…

My Dearest Alexa,

Today is your 10 month birthday. As I celebrate the day you were born 10 months ago, I can’t help but be a little sad at how fast the last 10 months have gone. Words can’t express how much I have loved you growing up in my arms. You and your big sister Maya are absolutely the most precious gifts I’ve ever gotten in this life.

Our Lexi turned four months old a few days ago.
It seems like only yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital and look at her now:

She is such an amazing baby: so easy going, calm and lets me take her everywhere.
She is super happy and blabbing a ton! Our little one now likes to play with dangly toys and books. It is so fun to watch her grow.
Alexa is so sweet and it is great to wake up to her smile. There is no better feeling in the world.

I am so proud of her. She started rolling over and holds her head nicely.

She is already interested in food, so I will probably start her on solids in a month or so. She is growing so fast. Dr. Balluch saw her yesterday and couldn’t believe how big she has become. Maya’s 6 month clothes are already getting too small for her. My chubby princess is the love of my life and I can’t imagine how we lived without our two little cuties before.

Maya has started playing various role games.
This picture in particular shows her sleeping in her self built castle.

Playing mommy is among her favorite things to do. Maya cooks for her babies, feeds them, puts them to bed while singing to them and does all sorts of stuff I do with her. It is so funny to watch her..I kinda see a little picture of myself in her game.:))
