Fat Tuesday, Mardi Gras or Faschingsdienstag is celebrated in Austria today.

The traditional Fat Tuesday food are hole-less donuts filled with apricot marmalade called “Krapfen”:
I never usually eat those as just looking at them makes me pick up a few extra kgs, but perhaps today Ryan and I can share one. :P Read the rest of this entry »

We are really thrilled that Maya’s hip dysplasia is now gone. We had to put her through another one year X-ray and orthopedic check up and the results were very good.
We are truly relieved that this problem has been fixed and the minute we left doctor’s office I told my baby girl that as of now she has no more excuses not to walk. :) Read the rest of this entry »
